3.4 We do not guarantee that all products displayed online will always be in stock. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, refund, or backorder.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 Payment must be made in full before your order is processed.
4.2 We accept secure online payments via Yoco, PayFast, or Wix Payments.
4.3 THE PRISM does not store or have access to your banking or credit card details.
4.4 Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received successfully.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
5.1 Shipping details, delivery times, and packaging fees are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
5.2 Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, THE PRISM cannot be held liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, or any factors beyond our control.
5.3 Risk transfers to you upon courier collection. Please inspect parcels on arrival and contact us immediately for any issues.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
6.1 All return and refund conditions are detailed in our Refund Policy.
6.2 Refunds are only processed after products are returned and inspected.
6.3 THE PRISM reserves the right to decline returns that do not comply with our policy (e.g., used, damaged, or non-returnable products).
